For the Kick Boxing enthusiasts that do not wish to have physical contact with other athletes, we have created an innovative concept that combines Combat Sports and Cross Training.

The result is training with a large variety of exercises that set your metabolism on fire, total body workouts and psychological relief! It's an idea that has been embraced by both men and women with lots of health benefits (cardiovascular and muscular growth).

Is prior experience in Combat Sports or Cross Training required?

Don't worry, we will teach you all the necessary technique in order to reach the peak of your abilities with safety.


What to wear?

Clothes that allow our body to move easily. A T-Shirt and a pair of shorts or training trousers are a safe choice. Many women prefer tights as well. Finally, shoes are not needed, only a pair of shocks!
