Our Services
CROSS BOX offers high quality athletic services, both in Coaching (Crosss Training, Kick Boxing, Flexibility Training), and Support services (Weight-Fat Measurment, Fundamental Nutrition Guidelines).
Our training hours are covered both by Personal (1 or 2 persons) and Small Group Training (8 persons max). All workouts last 60min (Warm up - Main Workout - Stretching).
